Pursuant to Article 70 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (the “Public Offering Act”), the Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company,” “Issuer”) informs that it received yesterday, i.e., on March 21, 2024, a notification dated March 21, 2024, from “Polaris” Sp. z o.o., prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, regarding an increase in the shareholding in CFI Holding S.A.
