The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer,” “Company”), in reference to current report No. 1/2024 dated January 30, 2024, regarding the schedule of periodic reports disclosure in 2024, hereby announces a change in the date of disclosure of the following reports:

• Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2023;

• Separate annual report for the financial year 2023.

The publication date of the aforementioned reports was originally set for April 22, 2024.

The new date for disclosure of the above-mentioned periodic reports is:

• Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2023 – April 30, 2024;

• Separate annual report for the financial year 2023 – April 30, 2024.

Other dates and information specified in current report No. 1/2024 remain unchanged as of the date of publication of this report.
