The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer,” the “Company”) informs that on April 22, 2024, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Piotr Grabowski from his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.

In a statement dated April 5, 2024, Mr. Piotr Grabowski indicated that he is resigning for personal reasons, with immediate effect.
