• Waldorf Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław – held 354,596,370 shares, entitling it to 354,596,370 votes, which represented 99.99% of the votes cast at this Annual General Meeting and 12.88% of the total number of votes in CFI Holding S.A.
