The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław hereby publishes for public information the list of shareholders holding shares entitling them to exercise at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of CFI Holding S.A., which took place on June 27, 2024, in Łódź:

Varso Investment S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw – holding 357,911,280 shares entitling to exercise 357,911,280 votes, which constituted 99.99% of the votes at this Ordinary General Meeting and represented 13.01% of the total number of votes at the aforementioned General Meeting of CFI Holding S.A.
