CFI HOLDING S.A.: Schedule for submitting periodic reports in 2025
Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer, the Company) with its registered office in Wrocław, in accordance with § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), hereby announces to the public the fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2025:
Annual reports:
- Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2024 – April 25, 2025;

Separate annual report for the financial year 2024 – April 25, 2025;
Consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed separate financial information:

For the 1st quarter of 2025 – May 27, 2025;

For the 3rd quarter of 2025 – November 7, 2025.
Consolidated report for the first half of 2025 containing condensed separate financial information:

September 22, 2025.
At the same time, the Issuer informs that in 2025 it will continue to submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, as referred to in § 62 section 1 of the Regulation, as well as a consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.
In accordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2024 and for the 2nd and 4th quarters of the financial year 2025.
