About the Company

The origins of the Company date back to January 1998, when the Company was established and incorporated under its founding act. Over the years, operating in the construction and development sector, including the creation of numerous subsidiaries and complementary entities supporting its investment activities, the Company formed a capital group that achieved remarkable success in the construction market, delivering several thousand residential units and commercial properties. Notably, the Company established from the ground up its own Social Housing Association, Nasze Kąty Sp. z o.o., which for over 20 years has also acted as the owner and manager of 700 rental apartments along with accompanying infrastructure, forming residential complexes located in Wrocław, Kąty Wrocławskie, Jelenia Góra, and other locations within the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

On October 31, 2007, the Company changed its name and was registered under the new entity INTAKUS Joint-Stock Company in the National Court Register under number 0000292030.

On September 29, 2009, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) in Warsaw approved the prospectus of INTAKUS S.A., and on December 22, 2009, the Company made its stock market debut on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where it has been listed since 2009.

Following changes in the Company’s significant shareholder structure and the shift in its core business profile, including the establishment of a Capital Group comprising several entities within the investment and real estate segment, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on January 31, 2015, resolved to change the Company’s name to CFI HOLDING Joint-Stock Company. Since 2015, CFI Holding S.A. has primarily operated as a holding management company, overseeing numerous business entities included within the structure of the CFI Holding S.A. Capital Group.

Currently, the CFI HOLDING S.A. Capital Group comprises several dozen entities, including investment companies forming their own smaller capital groups operating in various economic sectors. The key business segments in which the CFI HOLDING S.A. Capital Group is actively involved—through its substantial assets and generated operating income—focus primarily on investment activities in the hospitality industry, the restaurant sector, and broadly defined investment real estate. These properties are prepared and enhanced in value for eventual sale or allocated for short-term and long-term rental, both in the commercial and residential segments.

Within the CFI HOLDING S.A. Capital Group, there are numerous companies managing a network of 17 hotels and hospitality-conference facilities under the proprietary brand CFI Hotels Group, as well as entities managing over 110 commercial and investment properties for lease across Poland.

The Group also includes a company that has owned and managed over 720 residential units continuously rented since 2001, located in Wrocław, Kąty Wrocławskie, Jelenia Góra, the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, and Łódź.

Currently, in line with the investment strategy adopted by the Management Board for the coming years, the Group will carry out a range of investment activities in its most profitable business segments, namely hospitality, restaurant operations, rental of residential units and PRS-type (Private Rented Sector) apartments, as well as commercial property leasing.

As part of its long-term investment plan, the Group intends to make significant investments to expand the number of hotels and hospitality facilities through organic growth—modernizing its existing commercial properties and utilizing its land bank to develop over 30 properties operating under the CFI Hotels Group brand. Additionally, the Group plans to expand its network of restaurants to over 25 establishments operating under its proprietary brands nationwide.

Furthermore, the Group will continue to develop its PRS segment, already operating through the pilot project Mono Haus in Łódź, with a secured total investment potential for introducing over 8,000 residential units to the market across Poland, particularly in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Lodz, Poznan, Gdansk, and several attractive locations within the Silesian Voivodeship.
