In reference to Current Report No. 62/2014 of September 15, 2014, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. (the Issuer, the Company), headquartered in Wrocław, informs that on September 30, 2014, via HFT Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A., an application for the approval of the Issuer’s prospectus was submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

The prospectus was prepared in connection with the intention to admit and introduce to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) the Issuer’s Series B shares (i.e., shares created as a result of the consolidation of Series A, B, F, G, H, I, K, and L shares).
