The Management Board of Intakus S.A., based in Wrocław (“Issuer”), announces that on September 15, 2014, it received information that the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław registered a change of the registered office of the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e., Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Nasze Kąty sp. z o.o., which will now be located at pl. Zwycięstwa 2, Łódź (90-312).
