The Management Board of Intakus S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs that on September 4, 2014, it received information from the Management Board of the Issuer’s subsidiary, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego “Nasze Kąty” Sp. z o.o., regarding the revocation of the independent commercial power of attorney (prokura) granted to Mr. Marek Boryczka.
