CFI HOLDING S.A.: Correction of an Obvious Error in the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 18 June 2014
Pursuant to § 38(1)(7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A., in reference to Current Report No. 45/2014 of 18 June 2014, publicly announces that on 21 August 2014 an obvious clerical error in the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 18 June 2014 was corrected.
Specifically, in paragraph 1 of §3 of resolution No. 4, the erroneously entered date “by 18 August 2014” was corrected to the accurate date: “by 18 August 2015.”
The corrected text of the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 June 2014 is attached to this Current Report.
