Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. (hereinafter: the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that on 23 February 2016 it received a letter from Mr. Grzegorz Winogradski, dated 17 February 2016, containing a statement of resignation from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer due to personal reasons.

In connection with the above, the Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. informs that appropriate actions will be taken to promptly replenish the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
