1. BL10 sp. z o.o. S.K.A. – participated with shares granting a total of 181,311,100 votes, representing 9.42% of votes at the EGM and 6.91% of the total number of votes; total shareholding: 6.91% of total votes.

2. Phimage Limited – participated with shares granting a total of 372,031,134 votes, representing 19.32% of votes at the EGM and 14.17% of the total number of votes; total shareholding: 14.17% of total votes.

3. Naruwe Limited – participated with shares granting a total of 372,031,134 votes, representing 19.32% of votes at the EGM and 14.17% of the total number of votes; total shareholding: 14.17% of total votes.

4. Restata Investments Limited – participated with shares granting a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 12.98% of votes at the EGM and 9.52% of the total number of votes; total shareholding: 9.52% of total votes.

5. Idea sp. z o.o. – participated with shares granting a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 12.98% of votes at the EGM and 9.52% of the total number of votes; total shareholding: 9.52% of total votes.

6. Glob Investment sp. z o.o. – participated with shares granting a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 12.98% of votes at the EGM and 9.52% of the total number of votes; total shareholding: 9.52% of total votes.
