CFI HOLDING S.A.: Appointment of a Managing Person
Based on § 5 section 1 points 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering information required under the law of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. (“Company”) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on February 19, 2014, adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Michał Kawczyński to the Management Board of the Company, effective February 19, 2014, and assigning him the position of Vice President of the Management Board.
Information regarding the new board member is provided in the attachment.
According to the submitted declaration, Mr. Michał Kawczyński does not engage in any activity competitive to the business of INTAKUS S.A., nor does he participate in competitive companies as a partner in a civil or personal company or as a member of a corporate body, nor is he involved in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body. Mr. Michał Kawczyński is also not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
