Pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. informs that on 19 February 2014, the Supervisory Board received a statement from Mr. Ireneusz Radaczyński, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board, resigning from his membership in the Management Board effective 19 February 2014.
