The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the “Issuer”, the “Company”), in reference to current report No. 1/2024 dated January 30, 2024, regarding the schedule of periodic reports publication in 2024, hereby announces a change of the date for the publication of the following report: Consolidated quarterly report containing condensed standalone financial information for the third quarter of 2024.

The publication date of the said report was set for November 15, 2024.

The new date for publication of the consolidated quarterly report containing condensed standalone financial information for the third quarter of 2024 is November 28, 2024.

§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
