CFI HOLDING S.A.: Conclusion of a Significant Agreement by a Subsidiary of the Issuer
The Management Board of Intakus S.A. (the “Issuer”, the “Company”) with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to §5(1)(3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, informs that a subsidiary of the Issuer, Central Fund of Immovables sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź, on December 29, 2014, transferred its own funds in the amount of PLN 4,766,600.00 (four million seven hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred zlotys) to notary Mariusz Wróblewski, running a Notarial Office at ul. Sienkiewicza 33/1 in Łódź, as a deposit for notarial purposes.
On December 30, 2014, the subsidiary concluded a notarial deposit agreement with Notary Mariusz Wróblewski to secure and settle, on behalf of and for the benefit of Central Fund of Immovables sp. z o.o., the payment obligations arising under agreements concluded by December 31, 2014, including:

These agreements concern a package of 10 commercial properties being acquired by Central Fund of Immovables sp. z o.o. from Bank Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.
Other terms of the agreement are standard for agreements of this type.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity, and therefore qualifies as a significant agreement.
