The Management Board of Intakus S.A. in Wrocław (“Issuer”) informs that today a request was submitted to KDPW for the consolidation of the Issuer’s shares registered under the code “PLINTKS00013” at a ratio of 20:1. The shares subject to consolidation number 1,376,150,000, each with a nominal value of PLN 0.01, and according to the adopted schedule, the consolidation will be executed on October 24, 2014.

The reference date has been set for October 17, 2014.

After the consolidation, 688,075 shares of the Issuer will be registered under the KDPW code “PLINTKS00013,” each with a nominal value of PLN 20.00.
