Pursuant to Art. 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. makes public the list of shareholders who participated in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on September 27, 2014, and who held at least 5% of the votes at that Meeting.

1. Phimage Limited participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 390,156,133 votes, representing 28.07% of the votes at the EGM and 14.53% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 14.53% of the total number of votes.

2. Restata Investments Limited participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 17.98% of the votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes.

3. Idea sp. z o.o. participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 17.98% of the votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes.

4. Glob Investment sp. z o.o. participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 17.98% of the votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes.

5. Ecco Inwestycje sp. z o.o. participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 17.98% of the votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes.
