Pursuant to § 38(1)(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. announces to the public the content of the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 September 2014.

The General Meeting did not abstain from considering any of the items on the agenda, and no objections were raised regarding the adoption of any of the resolutions.
