CFI HOLDING S.A.: Announcement of the Convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of INTAKUS S.A. on 27 September 2014
Pursuant to § 38 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter the “Regulation”), the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. announces the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 September 2014 at 12:00, which will take place in Wrocław in the conference room at ul. Teatralna 10-12, 5th floor. The full text of the notice convening the EGM is attached to this report.
At the same time, pursuant to § 38 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation, the Management Board provides to the public the text of the draft resolutions to be adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for 27 September 2014.
