• Phimage Limited – participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 372,031,134 votes, representing 21.30% of votes at the EGM and 13.86% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 14.53% of the total number of votes;

• Naruwe Limited – participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 372,031,134 votes, representing 21.30% of votes at the EGM and 13.86% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 14.53% of the total number of votes;

• Restata Investments Limited – participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 14.31% of votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes;

• Idea sp. z o.o. – participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 14.31% of votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes;

• Glob Investment sp. z o.o. – participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 14.31% of votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes;

• Ecco Inwestycje sp. z o.o. – participated in the EGM with shares entitling to a total of 250,000,000 votes, representing 14.31% of votes at the EGM and 9.31% of the total number of votes, holding shares representing 9.31% of the total number of votes.
