Pursuant to § 38 section 1 item 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. hereby makes public the content of the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 June 2014.

The General Meeting did not refrain from considering any of the agenda items, and no objections were raised regarding the adoption of any of the resolutions.
