The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the “Issuer”, the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 2/2026 dated 29 January 2026 regarding the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2026, hereby announces a change in the date of publication of the annual report containing: the Consolidated Annual Report for the financial year 2025 and the Separate Annual Report for the financial year 2025.

The publication date of the above-mentioned report, as indicated in current report No. 2/2026, was set for 24 April 2026.

The new publication date for the Consolidated Annual Report for the financial year 2025 and the Separate Annual Report for the financial year 2025 has been set for 29 April 2026.

All other dates and information provided in current report No. 2/2026 remain unchanged as of the date of this report.
