CFI HOLDING S.A.: Notice of Convening the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of INTAKUS S.A. on June 30, 2014
Pursuant to § 38 section 1 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter the “Regulation”), the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. announces the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 30 June 2014 at 11:00 a.m., to be held in Wrocław, in the conference room at ul. Teatralna 10-12, fifth floor. The full text of the notice convening the OGM is attached to this report.
At the same time, pursuant to § 38 section 1 item 3 of the Regulation, the Management Board hereby discloses to the public the content of the draft resolutions to be adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting convened for 30 June 2014.
