The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A., headquartered in Wrocław (hereinafter the “Issuer” or the “Company”), referring to Current Report No. 1/2025 dated January 31, 2025, regarding the schedule for submitting periodic reports in 2025, hereby publicly announces a change in the deadline for the publication of the following reports:

• Consolidated Annual Report for the financial year 2024;

• Separate Annual Report for the financial year 2024.

The originally scheduled publication date for the above reports was April 25, 2025.

The new deadline for the publication of both the Consolidated Annual Report and the Separate Annual Report for the financial year 2024 is April 28, 2025.
