CFI HOLDING S.A.: Completion of the Subscription and Allocation of Series D Shares. Legal Basis: Article 56, section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information
The Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. informs that during the subscription for Series D shares, which ended on December 14, 2009, applications were submitted for 2,500,000 shares. Accordingly, on December 15, 2009, the Management Board allocated 2,500,000 Series D shares.
At the same time, an application was submitted to the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the introduction to trading of the rights to shares (PDA) at the session on December 22 of the current year.
