The Management Board of Intakus S.A., based in Wrocław (the “Issuer”, “Company”, or “Defendant”), acting pursuant to § 38 sec. 1 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended), informs that on 21 February 2014, the Company received a lawsuit filed by Piotr Ludkowski (“Plaintiff”), a shareholder of the Company.

The Plaintiff requests the annulment of Resolution No. 7 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Intakus S.A., held on 30 December 2013, concerning the approval to dispose of an organized part of the enterprise.

According to the Management Board of the Company, there are no grounds to grant the claims of the lawsuit. The Company intends to request that the court dismiss the lawsuit.
