The Management Board of CFI Holding S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company), with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-EU Member State (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), hereby discloses to the public the fixed dates for the publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2026:

Annual reports:

– Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2025 – 24 April 2026;

– Separate (standalone) annual report for the financial year 2025 – 24 April 2026;

Consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed standalone financial information:

– for the first quarter of 2026 – 27 May 2026;

– for the third quarter of 2026 – 9 November 2026.

Consolidated report for the first half of 2026 containing condensed standalone financial information:

– 22 September 2026.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that in 2026 it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in § 62(1) of the Regulation, as well as a consolidated semi-annual report containing condensed interim financial statements referred to in § 62(3) of the Regulation.

Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 and for the second and fourth quarters of the financial year 2026.
