Pursuant to Article 54, section 3 of the Act on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. informs that the issue price of the 4,000,000 Series D ordinary bearer shares offered by the Company has been set at PLN 2.20 per share.
