CFI HOLDING S.A.: Appointment and Dismissal of Supervisory Board Members
Based on § 5(1)(21) and (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing information required under the laws of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. (hereinafter the “Company” or “Issuer”) informs that on 19 February 2014, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, acting on the basis of secret ballot results:

Information regarding the education and professional experience of the new Supervisory Board members is provided in the attachments.
According to the submitted declarations, all new members of the Supervisory Board are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors (maintained under the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register), do not engage in competitive activities relative to the Company, are not partners in a competing civil or personal company, nor are they members of the management body of a competing capital company.
At the same time, the Company informs that the newly elected Supervisory Board, at its meeting on 19 February 2014, appointed Mr. Grzegorz Winogradski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Piotr Jakub Matuszczyk as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
