The Management Board of Intakus S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that, pursuant to an agreement between the Issuer and BDM Brokerage House S.A., based in Bielsko-Biała, regarding the performance of the function of market maker for the Issuer’s shares in trading, the Warsaw Stock Exchange issued a notice on January 31, 2014, stating that, as of today, February 3, 2014, the exchange member BDM Brokerage House S.A. will act as the market maker for Intakus S.A. shares.
