In accordance with § 103 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the Management Board of INTAKUS S.A. announces the fixed dates for the publication of periodic reports for the 2014 financial year:

Annual reports:

• Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2013 – 21 March 2014;

• Separate (standalone) annual report for the financial year 2013 – 21 March 2014.

Consolidated quarterly reports containing abbreviated standalone financial information:

• For Q1 2014 – 15 May 2014;

• For Q3 2014 – 14 November 2014.

Consolidated semi-annual report containing abbreviated standalone financial information:

• For H1 2014 – 29 August 2014.

The Issuer also informs that in 2014 it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 83 sec. 1 of the Regulation, as well as the consolidated semi-annual report containing abbreviated semi-annual financial statements, referred to in § 83 sec. 3 of the Regulation.

In accordance with § 102 sec. 1 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 of the 2013 financial year, and in accordance with § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish a quarterly and consolidated report for Q2 of the 2014 financial year.
